Connecting the Pieces offers a variety of services to help improve the lives of children with special needs and their families. Connecting the Pieces utilizes specialized systems for all client records, clinical notes, data collection, billing, and employee documents to ensure effective and efficient company management. This both motivates service employees and provides the company with means to oversee services, develop reports, and provide needed guidance quickly and easily.

Our expert Clinical Team is passionate about helping our providers deliver research-based interventions to our students. This ensures meaningful progress is obtained on identified goals. Our service providers consist of highly skilled professionals including but not limited to Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Certified Special Education Teachers, and Register Behavior Technicians. * Minimum 3 years' experience

Job Description:
The ABA Supervisor will be responsible for program design, implementation, evaluation, and oversight of the ABA programs delivered by TSS-ABA, RBT, and BSC-ASDs to ensure quality assurance. This position will involve direct onsite consultation to ensure clinicians have effectively implemented the ABA programming for the identified child. Serves as a Clinical Supervisor for identified Behavior Specialist Consultants (BSC-ASDs), Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS-ABA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the ABA program. Develops ABA programming, curriculum development, staff training, and supervision of the BSC-ASDs, RBTs and TSS-ABA staff. Provides overall clinical oversight of the ABA program within the BHRS department.


Job Requirements:
Master's Degree in related field (psychology, education); Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis-BCBA; Advanced coursework in applied behavior analysis and/or working with children with disabilities; Maintain BCBA Supervisor eligibility; At least two years’ experience working as a team leader or consultant; Experience conducting FBA’s and creating Treatment Plans; Functional understanding of advanced ABA principles; Staff training experience.

Bancroft is actively seeking highly motivated individuals for our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) openings working with children with developmental disabilities.  These positions will be based on our exciting new campus located in Mount Laurel, NJ.


The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of the Individual Service Plans.

  • Leads the development and implementation of Behavior Plans; this includes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations.  
  • Engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.  
  • Identifies training needs of program staff members and develop and conduct those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.  
  • Conducts/Oversees team screening evaluations and intake assessments.  
  • Coordinates and leads clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons’ served.  
  • Serves as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
  • Conducts and presents research to internal and external audiences.
  • Provides supervision and mentorship to bachelor level professionals seeking BCBA certification.
  • Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field plus a minimum of two years of related experience (required)  
  • BCBA Certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA certification exam (required)  
  • Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development (preferred)
  • Prior management experience (preferred)
