How to Apply

Please REGISTER HERE by 5:00 pm Monday, September 25, 2023. Only the “primary exhibitor’/point of contact needs to complete the online registration. The primary exhibitor will receive an invoice to submit payment through Paypal. 

If you are unable to register and submit payment online, please contact pennabaconference@gmail.com for additional instructions.

Exhibitor Benefits: The PennABA conference will provide an opportunity to meet and network with professionals, experts, direct care providers, students, consumers, and advocates in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis from across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the entirety of the two-day conference. Some additional benefits are:

• Free organization listing on the PennABA website as a conference Exhibitor

• Listing on PennABA Conference documents that are distributed to all attendees

• One free Job/Internship Posting on the PennABA website, valid through 2023 and 2024

• Ability to exhibit at all conference events (workshops and speaker series) across two days

• Opportunity to display literature and brochures on-site at the conference (1 table + 2 chairs provided per Exhibitor)

• Complimentary lunch provided for 1 exhibitor per booth on both days of the conference

Exhibitor Pricing

The fee for a single exhibitor space for both days of the conference is $325*

*Please Note: Exhibitor pricing does not include CEUs from the conference or entry into workshop or speaker series sessions. Exhibitors interested in attending conference events may register online at www.pennaba.org. 

Exhibitor Schedule: Please note that all times and location of exhibition are tentative and subject to change at any time. Exhibitors will be contacted prior to the conference about the specific areas assigned for set-up.

• Friday, October 27th, 2023 Speaker Series 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
