Behavior Interventions is looking for a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
for their ABA and Enhanced Programs

Role Description & Responsibilities: We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts for both our ABA and Enhanced Programs, which serve families in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, and Lebanon counties, in their homes, schools, communities, and at our Elizabethtown, PA treatment center. Our Enhanced Program offers opportunities for consultation from Dr. Hanley’s FTF consulting group to conduct PFA/SBT programming.

• Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employees and organization as a whole.
• Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions’ team members through approved supervision activities.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification
• Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants)
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents 
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to see families in the evenings (3-4 nights/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic
• Specific to Enhanced Program:
  • Maintains crisis intervention certification
  • Experience working with significant challenging behaviors

Additional Information: Sign on Bonus of $3,000 Available

• BCBA must have LBS and is willing to accept a full-time position of 20 billable hours (combination of EP and non-EP clients or all non-EP clients).
• Salaried Position: $60,000 - $100,000
• Hours: Flexible schedule - Monday through Friday
• Areas of Service:  Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, and Lebanon counties

Qualifications: Experience and training in the application of behavior analytic interventions for students with significant intellectual/developmental disabilities and severe challenging behavior. Experience in a school setting and/or special education emphasis is preferable. BCBA fellowship considered.

Applied Behavior Analysis Technician

Role Description & Responsibilities: Support teachers in meeting the educational and behavioral needs of students with disabilities in the classroom and community.

• Provides small group and/or individualized instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with the supervising teacher's lesson plans.
• Collects instructional and behavioral data for all objectives being taught to each student.
• Implements Behavior Intervention Plans for students with disabilities.
• Supervises students closely during all school activities.
• Assists students as necessary with physical needs including feeding, toileting and mobility.
• Assists students with healthcare procedures including hygiene needed for daily care and instruction of activities of daily living.
• Assists students with assistive technology devices including PECS and other communication devices.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or appropriate administrator.

Qualifications: Preference given to applicants who have experience with Applied Behavior Analysis.
